These terms apply to purchases made through the Axiom Parfums website. They should be read together with our Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy pages. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under applicable consumer law.

About us

Before going live: insert the legal business/trader name, geographic postal address and customer-service email address here. If Axiom Parfums is operated by a registered company, also add the company number and registered office as applicable.

Products

Axiom Parfums sells fragrances shown on the website. We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Product packaging and presentation can sometimes change. Availability is subject to stock and successful payment.

Incoming products

An Incoming product is stock that Axiom Parfums has ordered but has not yet physically received. By purchasing an Incoming item you reserve and pay for that stock before it reaches us. It will be dispatched once it arrives. Our target is for Incoming purchases to reach you within 10 days of purchase. If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you.

Prices and delivery

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the order. Website prices include Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery within the UK unless the website clearly states otherwise.

Ordering and payment

Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. An order is subject to successful payment and availability. If we cannot supply an item after payment, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund.

Special Offers

Special Offer products may display a reduced selling price alongside their normal price. Special Offer stock remains subject to availability and the same statutory consumer rights as other purchases.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, subject always to applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to your purchase. UK consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available to them under applicable consumer law.
