In-stock and Special Offer orders

Items shown as In Stock or Special Offer are held by Axiom Parfums and will be prepared for dispatch after successful payment. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail describes this as a tracked service that normally aims to deliver in two to three working days after dispatch. Delivery times are aims rather than guarantees and can vary by postcode or circumstances outside our control.

Incoming orders

Items shown as Incoming have already been ordered by Axiom Parfums and are on their way to us. You can reserve and pay for an Incoming bottle before it reaches us. It will be dispatched as soon as it arrives with Axiom Parfums.

Our target for Incoming orders is for you to receive the fragrance within 10 days of purchase. If an unexpected supplier or carrier delay means we cannot meet that timeframe, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Tracking

Where tracking details are available, they will relate to the Royal Mail delivery from Axiom Parfums to your delivery address. Please make sure your delivery details are accurate when checking out.
